Wash Care Instructions for Bamboo Products

To maintain the quality, softness, and longevity of your bamboo products, follow these care instructions:

Washing:

Use cold or lukewarm water (below 40°C/104°F) to prevent shrinkage. Wash on a gentle cycle with mild, eco-friendly detergent. Avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals, as they can damage the fibers.

Drying:

Air drying is recommended to maintain softness and durability. If using a dryer, select a low heat or tumble dry on a delicate setting to avoid shrinkage.

Ironing:

If needed, use a low heat setting while ironing. Avoid direct high heat, as it may weaken the fibers.

General Tips:

Do not use fabric softeners; bamboo fabric naturally stays soft. Avoid washing with rough fabrics like denim or items with zippers to prevent pilling.

Following these steps will help keep your bamboo products fresh, soft, and long-lasting!

No, at the moment we have stopped Cash On Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only serve in India. But we have partners spread across the world which makes it easy for quick delivery. You can send us an email or get it touch with us for more information. We will be happy to ship anywhere, as far as sustainability concerns.

What is your return and exchange policy?

At the moment we don’t have return or exchange policy as such. Only in case of defect then you can drop us a mail and our support team will ensure it will be replaced immediately.

I placed an order online but have not received an email confirmation yet. Has my order been received?

In such a scenario, please check your SPAM/BULK folder. You should receive an email confirming your order within 10-15 minutes of placing an order online. We advise you to add our email address ekotalesforyou@gmail.com to your contacts list to avoid our emails ending up in your SPAM folder. I want a specific set of colors in my order. Would it be possible?

Yes. If anything specific you can drop us a mail before placing an order or get in touch with us on whatsapp directly. Our team will assist you from there.

What is the delivery time of each order?

Quick and timely deliveries are important to us and we typically dispatch all orders on the same or next day of order date. However, delivery time may vary, depending on the pin code of your location. Typically, it takes 3-5 working days to reach any operational pin code in India but we try our best to deliver your order as soon as possible.
